We GUARANTEE your satisfaction with every choice you make with YoCaps. In the unlikely event the product did not meet your expectation, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue or you may return the item for a prompt refund.
Please note that return/exchange is eligible within 14 days from receipt of your order. (Subject to 20% restocking fee and shipping be customer's responsibility in such cases as customer remorse, not reading description/title thoroughly, and any other non-defective matters).

We currently accept PayPal as our primary source of payment. It lets you use almost all credit cards and ensures safety and security. Please note that we verify the billing address; Hence, please confirm the billing address before proceeding. Sorry, we do not accept any offline payments.

We try to ship out packages on the day the order was received, or the day after at the latest.
In general, for those close to Southern California, it takes about 2~3 days and 5~7 days for all other domestic U.S. destinations.
For international orders, it usually takes about 14 business days.
